This compote with strawberries and balsamic vinegar results from selected produce grown on the farm and processed by an old family recipe.
Its taste is distinguished by highly concentrated fruit, to which only a reduced sugar content is added.
The contrast created by the acidity of the Balsamic Vinegar creates unique flavours and aromas, which will leave a delicate and pleasant taste in the mouth.

The strawberry and balsamic vinegar compote perfectly pairs with the intense flavour of fresh, soft or medium-aged cheese.
