4 Madonne Caseificio dell’Emilia is an agricultural cooperative specializing in the production of Parmigiano Reggiano.
Made up of approximately 75 dairy farm members, the cooperative ensures the highest quality milk supply for the production of this world-renowned cheese.
Within the cooperative, decision-making is based on the following principles:
- One person, one vote: Each member, regardless of their capital contribution, always has one vote in the assembly, with each vote carrying the same value of one.
- Member participation: The Board of Directors is primarily composed of cooperative members.
