Organic type - 36 months

Parmigiano Reggiano "Organic" aged 36 months is a grainy and crumbly cheese, featuring tyrosine crystals. Highly digestible and naturally lactose-free, this type of cheese can be tasted as it is, paired with full-body red wines, or can be grated on and into baked pasta or in the bechamel cream fo fill lasagna and other local recipes.
