When cured over 24 months, it becomes sweet and savoury at the same time and can be used in different recipes. Try it with other typical food and wine made in Italy food and wine products, or alone.
Our organic Parmigiano Reggiano aged 24 months is crumbly, grainy and easy to digest. It can be easily grated over pasta.
