The sale of products is therefore ruled by these “General Conditions of Purchase” in addition to the methods specified in the different sections of this document, to be considered an integral part of the sales contract. 2.Conclusion of the contract

5. Shipping
Products purchased on the site will be shipped by a freight forwarder. For each purchase made, however, the current conditions set out in this document will have the force of law, which can be consulted by the Customer at any time and before the final confirmation of the order itself.
9. Competent Court
4 Madonne Caseificio dell'Emilia finally undertakes to observe all those regulations issued by the Italian Government, not expressly mentioned here, on the conditions of distance selling that regulate online commerce. For any dispute that unfortunately should arise regarding this contract, the competent court is the one where the Customer resides.
