This red onion extra jam is processed with the addition of a few other ingredients for a tasty and genuine result and without the addition of pectin, colouring agents or preservatives.
The onions, which are locally grown near Modena, are harvested and selected by hand.
Red onion has a red colour and a strong, refined flavour.
Being an extra jam it contains at least 45% fruit
RECOMMENDED PAIRINGS
Serve with mature cheese or as a tasty side dish for meat.
