Our history starts long ago...

Parmigiano Reggiano - the only parmesanOur dairy was built in 1967 by a group of breeders. Since its inception, they were considered pioneers for the size of the projected, structural dimensions at that time.

The 4 Madonne dell'Emilia Dairy gets its name from a shrine pillar located at nearby Lesignana that depicts 4 madonnas on the 4 sides of his majesty.

The 4 Madonne dell'Emilia Dairy currently produces 75,000 Parmigiano Reggiano wheels per year altogether, has more than 30 employees and covers nearly 2% of the worldwide production of Parmigiano Reggiano.
